Chiefs watch game go to tough Athens squad

In the opening game of the season, the Cornell football program traveled to Athens in a non-conference clash Aug. 26.

The first quarter would see Athens go up over the Chiefs, 34-6, after a 48-yard touchdown run by senior Dylan Bowe. In the second quarter, Athens again got on the board, with a touchdown and failed extra point, to go into halftime, 40-6.
