Lance M. Perrodin, 57, of Brantwood, pled not guilty to violation of harassment restraining order-injunction. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for February 16, at 10:45 a.m. A status hearing is scheduled for March 2, at 10 a.m.

Jennifer Mary Becker, 49, of Stetsonville, pled not guilty to retail theft. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for March 9, at 9 a.m. A court trial is scheduled for April 19, at 10:30 a.m.

Nathan Patrick Carpenter, 19, of Owen, pled not guilty to OWI (1st offense). A pre-trial conference is scheduled for April 6, at 10 a.m. A court trial is scheduled for May 17, at 10 a.m.

Anthony Ryan Holden, 34, of Gilman, pled not guilty to the following charges: failure to complete registration as required (bear, deer, sharp-tailed grouse, or turkey); shoot bow/crossbow from highway; take/attempt to take game for another person. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for March 9, at 1 p.m. A court trial is scheduled for April 19, at 10 a.m.

Greg Allen Kautzer, 61, of Medford, pled not guilty to failing to maintain holding/septic tanks. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for March 9, at 10 a.m. A court trial is scheduled for April 19, at 10:30 a.m.

Anthony James Olsen, 49, of Owen pled not guilty to the following charges: driving too fast for conditions, display unauthorized vehicle registration plate, failure of operator to notify police of accident, and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for March 9, at 2 p.m. A court trial is scheduled for April 19, at 10 a.m.

Kevin Allan Smith, 52, of Plover, pled not guilty of place, use, hunt wild animals with bait (<5 gallons). A pre-trial conference is scheduled for March 9, at 1:30 p.m. A court trial is scheduled for April 19, at 10 a.m.

Samantha V. Smith, 34, of Medford pled not guilty to OWI (3rd offense). A pre-trial conference is scheduled for March 9, at 10 a.m.

Arthur Douglas Spicer Jr., 77, of Minocqua, pled not guilty to operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years). A pre-trial conference is scheduled for March 9, at 10:30 a.m.

Cameron John Bull, 16, of Medford, pled not guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle by probationary licensee with unauthorized person in vehicle and exceeding speed zones (11-15 mph over). A pre-trial conference is scheduled for March 9, at 8:30 a.m. A court trial is scheduled for April 19, at 10:30 a.m.

Steven James Hoffmann, 25, of Ogema pled no contest to felony bail-jumping. Sentence was withheld and a probation of 1 year was ordered. Hoffmann must submit a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. The costs of $518 shall be paid directly to the Taylor County Clerk of Court at the rate of $50/month beginning March 1. Hoffmann shall undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation.

Dale R. Homann, 45, of Auburndale, pled no contest to neglecting a child (specified harm did not occur) and to misdemeanor bail-jumping. Sentence was withheld and a probation of 18 months was ordered. Restitution and court costs of $5,603.93 are being paid at $50/ month since January 22. He shall also pay a forfeiture of $443. Homann shall have no contact with the victim, and must maintain absolute sobriety. He shall submit a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department and undergo AODA counseling as deemed appropriate by probation. A charge of felony bail-jumping was dismissed but read in court.

Bohumil S. Washa, 45, of Park Falls, pled no contest to retail theft. Restitution of $399.46 was paid in full to the court on February 1.

Matthew James Euclide, 23, of Medford, pled no contest to retail theft. Due to his nonappearance in court, the court found him guilty of the charge. A forfeiture of $389.50 plus restitution of $11.38 for a total of $400.88.

Robbie Lee Webster, 34, of Gilman, entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for 4 years for a charge of failing to maintain holding/septic tanks. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the court will dismiss the case.

Andrew Joshua Bradley Krug, 16, of Medford, entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of 6 months for a charge of failure to stop at a stop sign. Upon successful completion of the First Offenders program, the court will dismiss the case.

Luis J. Juan, 32, of Medford, pled no contest to disorderly conduct. The charge was amended from a state violation to a county ordinance violation. He is ordered to pay a forfeiture of $330.50.
