Hornets can’t sneak past Wolves for win

It was off to Elmwood-Plum City for the Cadott football program Sept. 24, for a conference battle with the Wolves. Throughout the fi rst and second quarters, neither team got on the board.

Although Cadott’s defense was strong, by the third quarter, Elmwood-Plum City scored a touchdown. The extra point was no good, but the Wolves would add two more touchdowns in the fourth quarter to earn the 20-0 victory.

“Gavin Tegels continues to stack up tackles on defense, despite a tough loss,” said coach Jeff Goettl.
