It’s always a challenging course at Dodson’s Memorial Recreation Area for cross country runners and at a Bruce Invitational Aug. 31, it was no exception.

Despite that, Cadott’s athletes put in a good performance, with junior Peter Weir medaling in the event. Weir placed fourth, with a time of 15:59.8.

Following him for the boys team, was freshman Wyatt Wellner, coming in 35th (22:09.1) and freshman Ewan Weir in 20th (23:30.7). Sophomore Sage Handrick rounded out the scoring with a 78th place finish (27:36.5).
