Knights grow in each match

Hitting the links at Birchwood’s Tagalong Golf Course, the Cornell-Lake Holcombe Knights set out May 6, to see what damage they could do. Although they had only one varsity golfer compete that day, senior Michael Readinger was able to improve four shots from the previous meet, on what is a challenging course.

Readinger finished the day by carding a 70.

“He is still shaking off the rust from the off-season, which means there is plenty of room for growth,” said coach Dan Wimmer.
