Cadott wraps up week with a win over Thorp

After winning over Cornell in an away game earlier in the week, Cadott was back on their home court Jan. 7, for a boys basketball match-up against Thorp.

It was a close game in the first half, where the Cardinals edged the home team by a mere one point by halftime. With the score 19-18 in favor of Thorp heading into the second half, the Hornets stepped up not only their offense, but also their defense.

The second half was much different on the scoreboard, as Cadott notched 19 points, while holding Thorp to just nine. As a result, the Hornets walked off the court with a 37-28 conference win.
