He was sentenced to 55 days in local jail (eligible for work release after the first 96 hours are served). He will be required to complete an alcohol assessment and use an ignition interlock device for 18 months, and he had his license revoked for 24 months. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include failure to keep vehicle under control, two counts of ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order, two counts of operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal), and misdemeanor bail jumping.
Edward C. Decorah, 46, New Lisbon, was fined $2,908.15 for theft of movable property greater than $10,000 to $100,000 (repeater), take and drive vehicle without consent (repeater), and theft of movable property greater than $2,500 to $5,000 (repeater). Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were misappropriate ID information — avoid penalty (repeater), theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500 (repeater), felony bail jumping (repeater), and misdemeanor bail jumping (repeater). He was sentenced to four years in state prison and five years of extended supervision. He will be required to pay $150 in restitution, submit an alcohol and other drug assessment, have no contact with the victims, complete a mental health assessment and follow through with recommendations, and maintain at least 25 hours of employment or education per week, unless otherwise approved by his agent.
George M. Rudolph, 32, Neillsville, was fined $2,534 for disorderly conduct (repeater), misdemeanor bail jumping (repeater), and operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal, fourth-plus). He was sentenced to 30 days in local jail. A charge of child abuse — intentionally cause harm, repeater was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Stephanie S. Haworth, 29, Duluth, Minn., was fined $1,932 for operating with a restricted, controlled substance (third), amended from operating with a restricted, controlled substance (second). Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for two years. Her license was also revoked 24 months. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were unclean/defective lights or reflectors, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
John R. Umbs, 72, Eau Claire, was fined $518 for possession of methamphetamine (repeater). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include possession of THC (second-plus offense, repeater), felony bail jumping (repeater), misdemeanor bail jumping (repeater), and possession of drug paraphernalia (repeater).
Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Ashley Marie Fischer, 41, Granton, was fined $2,108 for eight counts dog running at large (second offense and subsequent).
David Clinton Straight, 36, Osseo, was fined $1,357.50 for operating with a restricted, controlled substance (first) and a Uniform Controlled Substance Act violation.
Ryan James Micke, 26, Boyd, was fined $1,264.50 for OWI (first) and possessing open intoxicants in motor vehicle — driver. He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Dominic Ryley Elmhorst, 23, Neillsville, was fined $1,049.50 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) greater than or equal to 0.15 (first). He had his license revoked seven months, will be required to complete an ignition interlock device, and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Mark Francis Miska, 47, Welch, Minn., was fined $1,049.50 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked for 12 months, will be required to complete an alcohol assessment, and will be required to use an ignition interlock device.
Jeremy Alan Clark, 32, Greenwood, was fined $968.40 for fishing without a license - R and hunt/fish/trap after revocation.
Rojer Samuel Pinedarugama, 27, Stetsonville, was fined $968 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Bernardo Santiago Lopez, 19, Abbotsford, was fined $968 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first). He had his license revoked for six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Erica Kay Schuh, 37, Blair, was fined $968 for OWI (first). She had her license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Valicia Venus Vasquez, 35, Black River Falls, was fined $905 obstructing or interfering with an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia.
