Court dates Dec. 16-31 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation Jason D. Oja, 37, Abbotsford, was fined $2,072 for maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of narcotic drugs, possess with intent – THC (greater than 200 to 1,000 grams), and possession of methamphetamine. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were possessing withintent–cocaine(lessthan40grams),manufacture/deliver amphetamine (greater than 3 to 10 grams, as party to a crime), possess short-barreled shotgun/rifle, sell/deliver/possess firearm silencer and possess amphetamine/LSD/psilocin.
Ever Alexis Vazquezcruz, 25, Abbotsford, was fined $1,562 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, second). She was sentenced to 15 days in local jail, and had her license revoked 12 months. She will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment. A charge of operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Dylan Z. Hanson, 25, Owen, was fined $1,329 for driving or operating an abandoned vehicle without consent, resisting or obstructing an officer, and criminal damage to property (increased penalty for elder person victim). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years. A charge dismissed but read in was theft of movable property greater than $10,000 to $100,000 (increased penalty for elder person victim).
Jeremi S. Sorenson, 45, Wisconsin Rapids, was fined $1,081.39 for possess with intent – amphetamine (greater than 3 to 10 grams). He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison with two years of extended supervision. Charges dismissed but read in include driving or operating a vehicle without consent and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Dale R. Waldhauser, 64, Loyal, was fined $705 for resisting/failing to stop, amended from failure to obey traffic officer/signal/work/ER/response zone (bodily harm). A charge of resisting or obstructing an officer was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Various forfeitures Holman Ramirez Rodriguez, 24, Abbotsford, was fined $1,344.50 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first) and possessing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle – driver. He had his license revoked eight months and will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.
Betuel Robad Arauzmendoza, 32, Colby, was fined $1,181.10 for operating left of center and operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Francisco Ramonmatey, 32, Colby, was fined $1,181.10 for operating left of center and operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first). He had his license revoked six months, and will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.
Robert Arlan Mahanke, 51, Spencer, was fined $1,049.50 for operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 (first). He had his license revoked seven months, and will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.
Juan Ruiz Perez, 24, Unity, was fined $1,049.50 for operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 (first). He had his license revoked seven months, and will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.
Pablo Lopez Pena, 22, Abbotsford, was fined $968 for operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
John Aaron Zimmerman, 20, Stanley, was fined $968 for operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Ever Aguilar, 32, Owen, was fined $936.50 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Joshua Will Vollrath, 48, Fall Creek, was fined $936.50 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Emanuel Bautista Cruz, 28, Dorchester, was fined $831 for misdemeanor bail jumping. Two additional charges of misdemeanor bail jumping were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Mark Douglas Neumueller, 36, Thorp, was fined $687 for failure to register harvested animal within established timeframe and place, use or hunt wild animals with bait (less than 5 gallons).
Modesto Lopez Bautista, 23, Curtiss, was fined $579 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal fourth-plus). Acharge of ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Jose Francisco Monroy, 40, Dorchester, was fined $579 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).
Shera M. Arroyo Rodriguez, 39, Colby, was fined $563.50 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). Charges of battery (domestic abuse assessments) and another count of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments) were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Edward Brian Wolf, 63, Spencer, was fined $544.50 for place, use, hunt over or train dogs with unauthorized or illegal bait – 5-25 gallons of bait.

Erick Lopez Jimenez, 39, Colby, was fined $389.50 for failure of operator to notify police of an accident.
Henry S. Miller, 19, Granton, was fined $343.50 for failure to register harvested animal within established timeframe.
