Oct. 16-31 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation Joseph C. Pierce Sr., 70, Neillsville was fined $5,093.26 for two counts of first degree child sexual assault, two counts of repeated sexual assault of the same child, child enticement – sexual contact, and three counts of exposing a child to harmful material. He was sentenced to four consecutive life terms in state prison and an additional 16 years in the prison system for related offenses.

Michael R. Melendez, 28, Rice Lake, was fined $518 for theft of movable property between $5,000-$10,000 in value. He was also to serve two years in state prison with two years of extended supervision. A charge of bail jumping – felony was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Kyle Eugene Stamper 53, Marshfield, was fined $3,626 for battery and disorderly conduct. Two charges of false imprisonment, batter, disorderly conduct, and strangulation and suffocation were dismissed but read into the court record.

Robbie A Reiner, 57, Neillsville, was fined $2,443 for sex registry violation.

Matthew Robert Stabenow, 27, Fairchild was fined $2,299 for one count of second degree recklessly endangering safety and one count of OWI (second). His license was revoked for 16 months, was ordered to serve six months of jail time and was ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment. Charges of operating while revoked and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Leroy D. Fravert III, 42, Loyal, was fined $2,147 for physical abuse of an elderly person with the intention to cause bodily harm, battery, resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct.

Damien Gage Hiseman-Reany, 34, Neillsville, was fined $968 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, first). His license was revoked for six months and he was ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Leonardo Seth Diaz, 24, Greenwood, was fined $705 for misdemeanor bail jumping. Two additional charges of bail jumping misdemeanor and a charge of operating while revoked were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Paul M. Neisius, 54, Medford, was fined $579 for operating while revoked.

Gayland W. Parker, 43, Boyd, was fined $543 for violating a restraining order.

Jose Molina Gonzalez, 18, Dorchester, was fined $515.50 for speeding on an expressway. His DOT license was suspended for 15 days.

Parker T. Blomberg, 25, Spencer, was charged $443 for knowingly violating a domestic abuse order. A charge of misdemeanor bail-jumping was dismissed but read into the court record.

Benjamin Verstynen, 44, Colby was fined $367.50 for disorderly conduct.

Peter J. Gingerich, 29, Loyal, was fined $343.50 for failure to register a harvested animal within the established timeframe.

Harry M. Lenz, 19, Bloomington, Minn., was fined $326.50 for urinating in public.

Amber M. Lindner, 35, Loyal, was fined $326.50 for urinating in public.

Cartrez Henry Patton Jr., 39, Oshkosh, was fined $326.50 for driving the wrong way on a divided highway.

Hayden Lee Childs, 18, Withee, was fined $263.50 for disorderly conduct.

Alexander Spencer Hinrichs, 26, Greenwood, was fined $263.50 for non-registration of other vehicle.

Luke A Dux, 20, Minneapolis, was fined $263.50 for underage drinking. His license was suspended for 30 days.

Anthony Michael Shoemaker, 31, Humbird, was fined $263.50 for domesticated animals at large.

David J. Yoder, 25, Lublin was fined $263.50 for possessing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle.

Neal G. Habben, 83, Sterling, Ill., was fined $232 for operating an ATV or UTV improperly on routes, trails, lands or roadways.

Benjamin R. Miller, 26, Chili, was fined $222.90 for possession of illegal size fish.

Emma Sophia Rose Vine, 22, Greenwood, was fined $208.50 for automobile following too closely.

Gary Jay Capen, 69, Greenwood, was fined $200.50 for passing into oncoming traffic.

David Weaver Hoover, 23, Neillsville, was fined $200.50 for damaging natural resources.

Floyd Gerald Young, 46, Curtiss, was fined $200.50 for dogs running at large.

Ashley Marie Prusinski, 25, Greenwood, was fined $187.90 for inattentive driving.

Kevin Kyle Lovelien Mork, 31, Humbird, was fined $175.30 for operating a cycle without eye protection.

Rex Anthony Kapfhamer, 69, Medford, was fined $150.10 for failure to stop at a stop sign.

Claydon D. Bliss, 45, Owen, was charged $114.50 for disorderly conduct.
