Court dates July 16–31 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation Joshua J. Drinka, 21, Neillsville, was fined $5,205 for second-degree recklessly endangering safety, two counts of operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC, second and third counts), battery, manufacture/deliver THC (less than or equal to 200 grams) and misdemeanor bail jumping. He was sentenced to 75 days in local jail, with 52 days credit, and will be on probation for five years. He also had his license revoked 24 months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include: two counts of felony bail jumping, vehicle operator flee or elude officer, three additional counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal, fourth-plus), child abuse – recklessly cause harm, make terrorist threats, disorderly conduct, manufacture/deliver THC (less than or equal to 200 grams), maintaining a drug trafficking place, possessing drug paraphernalia and possessing an illegally obtained prescription.

Scott Allen Rickert, 60, Sparta, was fined $3,364 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, third, alcohol fine enhancer). He was sentenced to 95 days in local jail. He had his license revoked 30 months and will be required to use an ignition interlock device for that length of time.

Victor J. Brown, 57, Tomahawk, was fined $2,740 for battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer and operating with a restricted controlled substance. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for three years. He had his license revoked 24 months and will be required to use an ignition interlock device. Charges of restricting or obstructing an officer (repeater) and disorderly conduct (repeater) were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Luke D. Clemens, 22, Chili, was fined $715 for resisting or obstructing an officer. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for one year.

Keith D.W. Soward, 34, Neillsville, was fined $528 for felony bail jumping. He was sentenced to 18 days in local jail. Acharge of possession of drug paraphernalia (repeater) was dismissed but read in to the court record.

David A. Hoyle, 70, Stanley, was fined $518 for child enticement – sexual contact (lifetime supervision of serious sex offenders). He was sentenced to six years in state prison and seven years of extended supervision. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were: repeated sexual assault of the same child (at least three violations of first-degree sexual assault, lifetime supervision of serious sex offenders) and another count of child enticement – sexual contact (lifetime supervision of serious sex offenders).

Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Michael Kenneth Foth, 54, Neillsville, was fined $3,198 for issuance of worthless checks – four counts.

Silver Creek Trucking LLC, Loyal, was fined $1,361.40 for violating Class A highway weight limits.

Heriberto Cruz Lopez, 26, Colby, was fined $1,313 for keeping open intoxicants in motor vehicle – driver and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC, greater than or equal to 0.15, first). He had his license revoked seven months. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.

Kelly Matthew Mason, 30, Abbotsford, was fined $1,452 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, first) and possession of drug paraphernalia. They had their license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Juan Orenelas Montanez, 31, Abbotsford, was fined $1,037.50 for operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.08, but less than 0.15 (first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Leticia Rodriguez Valadez, 37, Abbotsford, was fined $1,026.20 for operating while revoked (forfeiture first), failure of operator to notify police of accident, operating left of center and failure to keep vehicle under control.

Jose Angel Gonzalez Quintana, 21, Marshfield, was fined $936.50 for operating with a PAC (greater than or equal to 0.08, but less than 0.15, first). He will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Polly Ann Ackerman, 61, Owen, was fined $936.50 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, first). She had her license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Katie Ann Elmhorst, 44, Neillsville, was fined $911.50 for operating with a PAC (greater than or equal to 0.08, but less than 0.15, first). She had her license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Tyreel Dante Vargas, 22, Rosenberg, Texas, was fined $911.50 for operating with a restricted, controlled substance (first).

Cody Lee Byrns, 37, Granton, was fined $853.50 for failure of occupant to notify police of an accident, operating while revoked (forfeiture first) and disorderly conduct – unlawful use of a telephone. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were: hit and run – unattended, two counts of operating a motor vehicle without insurance, unsafe backing of vehicle, license restriction – Class D or M vehicle, disorderly conduct, resisting or obstructing an officer (repeater) and disorderly conduct (repeater).

Derek D. Vaughan, 41, Chili, was fined $831 for battery. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Tyler James Pedersen, 33, Greenwood, was fined $790.50 for a license restriction violation – Class D or M vehicle, dog license violations and operating while revoked (forfeiture fourth).

Brian Saice, 50, Minneapolis, Minn., was fined $779 for possession of drug paraphernalia and a Uniform Controlled Substance Act violation.

Allison Marie Milbert, 36, Mondovi, was fined $635.30 for depositing of prohibited materials.

Erika Marlen Chavez Garcia, 27, Spencer, was fined $579 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).

Thomas Olan Fee III, 29, Spooner, was fined $579 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).

Joshua Harold Schultz, 23, Stetsonville, was fined $579 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).

Bernardino Nicolas Lopez, 30, Abbotsford, was fined $515.50 for resisting or obstructing an officer (forfeiture).

Wyatt Matthew Rosette, 32, Mesa, Ariz., was fined $515.50 for speeding on an expressway (35-plus mph). He had his license suspended 15 days.

Jevon Macel Wagner, 48, Neillsville, was fined $452. 50 for selling/procuring alcohol to an underage person.

Dean Eugene Prindle, 49, Humbird, was fined $450 for a breeding place for vermin; abandoned, junked vehicle and appliances prohibited; and public nuisance – continuous violation of township ordinances.

Gabriel Lopez-Ortiz, 33, Curtiss, was fined $443 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal). Charges of speeding on an expressway (16-19 mph) and operating a motor vehicle without insurance were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Richard R. Getsfried, 51, Spooner, was fined $413.60 for operating while revoked (forfeiture first) and failure to keep vehicle under control.

Trevor Lee Stoner, 28, Barron, was fined $397.50 for operating without carrying a license (repeater), amended from operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).

Gabriel Obrian Acker, 21, Stanley, was fined $389.50 for failure of operator to notify police of accident.

Duke Joseph Heberle, 18, Burnsville, Minn., was fined $389.50 for underage drinking – possess (17-20, second, also had license suspended nine months).

Gene Allen Kayhart, 65, Granton, was fined $389.50 for domesticated animals at large – second offense.

Rafael Martinez Martinez, 25, Marshfield, was fined $350 for speedometer violations, amended from speeding on an expressway (20-24 mph).

Kenneth William Kirn, 80, Willard, was fined $343.50 for place, use or hunt over illegal bait for bear.

Tyler Christian Nordby, 29, West Bend, was fined $343.50 for failure to register harvested animal within established timeframe.

Nelvin Leodan Gonzalez, 37, Chili, was fined $281.50 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments).

Jayden Faith Bymers, 20, Marshfield, was fined $263.50 for underage drinking – possess (17-20, first). She also had her license suspended 30 days.

Cullan E. Weber, 19, Colby, was fined $263.50 for underage drinking – possess (17-20, first). He also had his license suspended 30 days.

Jason Michael Wojcik, 34, Kronenwetter, was fined $263.50 for disorderly conduct.

Randy E. Wilkinson, 54, Humbird, was fined $250 for abandoned, junked vehicle and appliances prohibited, and a breeding place for vermin.

Jonas Mahlon Gingerich, 21, Apple Creek, Ohio, was fined $232.90 for fishing without a license – R.

Jonathan Ray Gruhlke, 30, Neillsville, was fined $230.90 for fishing without a license – R.
