OURT Jeffrey S. Mengel, 55, Withee, was fined $515.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (more than 35 mph over limit).

Tristin H. Omvig, 20, Evansville, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Phillip J. Pyka, 28, Greenwood, was fined $200.50 on each of two counts of operating a vehicle while suspended.

Rueben Sanchez, 18, Loyal, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, and $187.90 for inattentive driving.

Ramon Sanchez Sanchez, 39, Exeland, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, and $175.30 for failure to yield the right-of-way.

Marco Santiago Mendoza, 20, Abbotsford, was fined $1,060 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance and $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver.

Jakob M. Schmidt, 18, Granton, was fined $389.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for nine months for a second underage drinking offense.

David E. Smoczyk, 19, Thorp, was fined $389.50 for possession of a controlled substance, $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Mark A. Sterzinger, 52, Spencer, was fined $1,012.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Donald F. Sylla, 43, Arcadia, was fined $527.50 for operating an ATV/UTV while intoxicated. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Keith G. Szaflarski, 48, Loyal, was sentenced to 10 days in jail (stayed until further orders from the court), placed on probation for 12 months, and fined $518 for possession of drug paraphernalia/repeater. A charge of possession of methamphetamine/repeater was dismissed but readin to the court record.

Zachary J. Tieman, 16, Thorp, was fined $452.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (40-44 mph over limit).

Joshua E. Vazquez Garcia, 21, Abbotsford, was fined $515.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (more than 35 mph over limit). He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Samantha L. Wilmoth, 30, Westboro, was fined $886.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment. She was also fined $200.50 for automobile following too closely.

Kayla M. Woeltge, 27, Withee, was fined $326.50 for operating a vehicle while revoked/third offense, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $187.90 for inattentive driving.
