Shaylynn K. Blaney, 18, Fall Creek, was fined $200.50 and her driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Jane M. Ciolkosz, 60, Boyd, was fined $1,049 and her driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 12 months and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Dana M. Ecker, 37, Granton, was fined $1,747 for bail jumping and $768 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation. Two additional counts of operating while revoked for an alcohol-related violation and one additional count of bail jumping were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

John W. Fay, 20, Marshfield, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Todd C. Gurney, 34, Chili, was sentenced to three days in jail and fined $453 for theft of moveable property and $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident. Charges of driving/operating a vehicle without consent and driving too fast for conditions were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Douglas W. Polzin, 43, Neillsville, was sentenced to 122 days in jail and fined $453 for resisting/failing to stop-habitual criminality. Charges of operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related offense, transferee failure to apply for a new vehicle title, failure to display vehicle license plates, operating a vehicle without insurance, non-registration, and displaying an unauthorized vehicle registration plate were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Etelberto Gonzalez Osorio, 34, Granton, was fined $443 for disorderly conduct. A charge of strangulation and suffocation was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Joshua T. Harmon, 33, Neillsville, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

John T. Knar, 24, Thorp, was placed on probation for three years and fined $518 for battery or threat to a judge/prosecutor/law enforcement officer-repeater. Two charges of throw/discharge bodily fluid at a public safety worker/prosecutor-repeater and two charges of disorderly conduct-repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
