School District of Cadott ….

School District of Cadott Community Committee Meeting Board of Education Dec. 2, 2019 The following members were present: Donna Albarado, Mark Schley, Rod Tegels, Cedric Boettcher, Alan Sonnentag, Brad Sonnentag and Tony Riley In attendance: Jenny Starck and Sue Shakal Mr. Tegels called the meeting to order at 6:53 p.m.

Mrs. Albarado motioned to go into closed session, pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(c) and/or (g), Wis. Stats., to discuss confidential legal issues concerning employment issue and to receive legal advice from counsel, both generally and specifically, regarding possible litigation related to those issues. Seconded by Mr. Boettcher. Motion carried.

Mrs. Albarado made motion to leave closed session. Seconded by Mr. Schley. Motion carried.

Discussion was also had on annual scorecard final goals-student achievement, hiring practices, strategic planning 2021, Forecast 5 Budget model example.

Mrs. Albarado motioned to adjourn at 8:31 p.m. Seconded by Mr. Boettcher. Motion carried.

Bridge Street, Room 001, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729, Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2020, beginning at 9 a.m.

This test is open to the general public.

Also present were: Jenny Starck, Sue Shakal, Julia Wolf, Aleisha Neinfeldt, Jada Kowalczyk, Mark Gilles, Jordan Gilles, Carson Crandall, Char Seibel, Karita Harvey, Terri Goettl, Missy Lesik and Caleb Hundt Mr. Schley called the meeting to order at 7 p.m.

Mr. Riley motioned to approve the meeting agenda. Seconded by Mrs. Albarado. Motion carried.

Mrs. Albarado motioned to approve the following consent agenda items. Seconded by Mr. Brad Sonnentag. Motion carried.

• Approve Nov. 4 Committee of the Whole Meeting minutes/approve Nov. 11 regular board minutes

• Approve assistant archery adviser position

• Approve personnel hires/retirements/resignations • Approve financial reports and vouchers Mrs. Starck reported on the Committee of the Whole Meeting, WASB/ WiSRA update, School Forest Plan update and resolution, scorecard update final DPI report card goal, grade reports, attendance/ behavior, all-time best and Forecast 5 budget model.

Ms. Neinfeldt, Carson Crandall, Jada Kowalczyk and Jordan Gilles gave travel club updates.

Mrs. Albarado motioned to approve the second reading of policy 3120 employment of professional staff. Seconded by Mr. Brad Sonnentag. Motion carried.

Mr. Brad Sonnentag motioned to approve the second reading of policy 5460 graduation requirements. Seconded by Mrs. Albarado. Motion carried.

Mrs. Albarado motioned to approve the second reading of policy 5464 early graduation. Seconded by Mr. Boettcher. Motion carried. Mr. Boettcher motioned to approve the first reading of policy 2270 religion in curriculum. Seconded by Mr. Brad Sonnentag. Motion carried.

Mr. Al Sonnentag made motion to approve the first reading of policy 5341 emergency medical authorization. Seconded by Mr. Brad Sonnentag. Motion carried.

Mr. Boettcher motioned to approve first reading of policy 6235 fund balance. Seconded by Mr. Al Sonnentag. Motion carried.

Mrs. Albarado made a motion to continue with the school forest resolution. Seconded by Mr. Brad Sonnentag. Motion carried.

Mrs. Albarado motioned to adjourn at 7:43 p.m. Seconded by Mr. Brad Sonnentag. Motion carried.
