To the editor: I watched Congressman Tiffany’s ad on TV this morning. The ad shows him leading a cow while he explains how he will cut costs in Madison. The setting is perfect, but the message is wrong. Tiffany has treated his $174,000 a year job in Washington like a cash cow while refusing to do the work of a congressman.
