Brandon John Bandholz, 21, Hubertus, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of speeding in a 55 mph zone (20-24 mph over) amended from speeding in a 55 mph zone (30-34 mph over) and ordered to pay $225.70.
Eric Michael Schmidt, 42, Wausau, was found guilty of operating while revoked with revocation due to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal and ordered to pay $443.
Robert D. Sperl, 37, of Medford, was found guilty of disorderly conduct and ordered to $114.50.
Plea agreement
Mitchell F. Ditusa, 32, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of disorderly conduct domestic abuse for an incident that occurred on August 9, 2022; Battery, domestic abuse - infliction of physical pain or injury for an incident that occurred on October 27, 2021, and felony bail jumping for an event that occurred on October 27, 2021. Charges of felony bail jumping; operating without a valid license third offense within three years; criminal damage to property, with a domestic abuse enhancer; felony bail jumping; strangulation and suffocation; and felony bail jumping were all dismissed but read in for sentencing. Court orders a withheld sentence and places Ditusa on probation for a period of 2 years with the following conditions, 90 days of jail time to be served with Huber privileges in count 1 only, in count 1 and count 3 Court orders the payment of court costs, provide a DNA sample and pay the surcharge, and pay the domestic abuse surcharge. Ditusa is to have no contact with the victim, write a letter of apology to the victim due within 30 days to be preapprove by the probation agent, AODA and follow through with any treatment recommendations, and counseling as deemed appropriate by the probation agent. Ditusa has 174 days of sentence credit in the event that his probation is revoked. The court also ordered straight sentence of 90 days in jail, to pay the court costs, domestic abuse surcharge, provide the DNA sample and pay the surcharge. He has 175 days sentence credit. The cash bond that was posted is to be applied toward the costs and the remainder of $1,619 is to be paid directly to the Taylor County Clerk of Courts Office in the amount of $25 a month beginning February 28.
James W. Gebauer, 71, Rib Lake, was found guilty due to a no contest plea for place/use/hunt wild animals with bait, less than five gallons and failing to register a harvested animal within an established timeline and was ordered to pay $343.50 for each violation. A charge of hunting with an improper license was dismissed on the prosecutor’s motion.
Adrianna Husser, 18, Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea for theft of moveable property less than or equal to $2,500. A charge of receiving or concealing stolen property was dismissed but read in for sentencing. The court agreed to a Deferred Entry of Judgment Agreement for a period of 1 year, conditions being no new criminal charges, compliance with bond requirements and payment of restitution in the amount of $114.27 paid in full prior to plea and sentencing.
Megan E. Redding, 39, Dorchester, pled no contest to possession of THC as a party to a crime and possession of controlled substance. The court issued a deferred entry of judgment on the counts and ordered probation and payment of $243. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substances were dismissed but read in for sentencing.

Matthew J. Peterson, 41, Medford, pled not guilty to operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and operating while revoked due to alcohol/controlled substance/ refusal 4th offense. Heidi S. Schulz-Johnas, 42, Medford, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct domestic.
