Jonathan Serapio Terrones, 45, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating an ATV without valid driver’s license, operating ATV without insurance, operate an ATV/UTV in careless manner and ATV/UTV speeding in excess of posted limits. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for December 13, at 9 a.m. A court trial is scheduled for January 24, at 10:30 a.m.
Carlos Luis Vega Sostre, 28, of Medford, pled not guilty [written] to operating without valid license (first violation). A pre-trial conference is scheduled for December 13, at 8:30 a.m. A court trial is scheduled for January 24, at 10:30 a.m.
Dylan Storm Bierman, 21, of Bowler, pled guilty to OWI (1st offense). A $970.50 forfeiture was ordered, his license was revoked for seven months and an ignition interlock system is to be installed for 12 months upon licensure. Bierman must complete AODA and follow through with driver safety plan. Bierman must attend and successfully complete the Victim Impact Panel that is being held on January 5. A charge of operating with PAC >=0.15 (1st offense) was dismissed on court’s own motion.
Berman Lenin Montenegro Gonzales, 18, of Colby, pled guilty to OWI (first offense) and operate without a valid license (1st violation). His license was revoked for seven months and must follow through with AODA. A forfeiture of $1,076.50 was ordered. A charge of operating with PAC >=0.08, <0.15 (1st offense) was dismissed on court’s own motion.
Kamia Chasity Silva, 18, of Ladysmith, pled guilty to OWI (1st offense). Silva must complete AODA and have her license suspended for six months. An $844.50 forfeiture was ordered. A charge of operating with PAC >0.08, <0.15 (1st offense) was dismissed on court’s own motion.
Kristin Joy Reierson, 48, of Dorchester, pled no contest to a charge of worthless checks. A forfeiture of $263.50 with restitution of $132.34 was ordered.
Andrew R. Moser, 30, of Medford, pled guilty to a charge of possession with intent-THC (>200 -1,000g). Moser entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for the period of two years. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the state will move to dismiss the charge.
Moser pled guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentence was withheld and a probation of two years was issued. Moser must submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. All costs of $443 are to be paid directly to the Taylor County Clerk of Courts office in the amount of $50/month beginning January 16, 2023. Moser shall complete AODA and follow through with any treatment recommendations. Moser shall attend counseling as deemed appropriate by the probation agent.
Moser pled guilty to possession of amphetamine/ LSD/Psilocin. A 45 day jail sentence was ordered along with a $443 forfeiture. The jail sentence can be served with Huber privileges and must begin no later than December 31. A charge of possession with intent to deliver non-narcotics was dismissed but read in court.
Jake M. Wendt, 36, of Medford no contest to resisting or obstructing an officer [repeater]. Sentence was withheld and a probation of one year was ordered. Wendt shall submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. All costs of $443 are to be paid directly to the Taylor County Clerk of Courts Office in the amount of $50/month beginning November 21. Wendt shall attend AODA and follow through with any recommended treatments at the discretion of the probation agent. Wendt must obtain absolute sobriety and must write a letter of apology to Officer Amundson that is due within 30 days and is to be preapproved by the probation agent. Wendt is to attend counseling as deemed appropriate by the probation agent. Wendt pled no contest to a charge of battery or threat to judge, prosecutor, or law enforcement officer [repeater]. A deferred prosecution agreement was granted for the period of one year. Wendt shall not commit any criminal offenses and notify the Taylor County District Attorney’s Office, as well as the Clerk of Courts office of any change of address within ten days of said change. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the state will move to dismiss the charge.
