Debra M. Zondlo, 60, Rib Lake, and an unknown vehicle were involved in an accident on October 6 at 3:29 p.m. on CTH C in the town of Rib Lake. According to the accident report, the Zondlo vehicle was northbound on CTH C. An unknown vehicle was southbound on CTH C and began crossing over the centerline into the northbound lane of traffic. Zondlo swerved to avoid a collision and her vehicle entered the ditch where it struck a driveway culvert at N6326 CTH C. The Zondlo vehicle continued across the driveway and came to a stop just west of the residence. The unknown vehicle continued southbound. The Zondlo vehicle sustained damage to the front, right front corner, left front corner and undercarriage. It was towed from the scene. Swerved or avoided due to wind, slippery surface, motor vehicle, object or non-motorist in the roadway by Zondlo was listed in the report as a factor in the accident.

Christopher L. Moberg, 40, Medford, and Brittany L. Reinhart, 30, Medford, were involved in an accident on October 19 at 12:06 p.m. on Allman Street in the city of Medford. According to the accident report, both vehicles were westbound on Allman Street. Moberg stated that he hit his brakes for a deer that was on or near the shoulder of the roadway and his vehicle was struck from behind by the Reinhart vehicle. Reinhart stated the Moberg vehicle kept varying its speed and that she thought the Moberg vehicle was going to speed up, but the driver hit his brakes, resulting in the collision. The Moberg vehicle sustained damage to the rear, right rear corner and left rear corner. The Reinhart vehicle sustained damage to the front, right front corner and left front corner. Following too close by Reinhart was listed in the report as a factor in the accident.

Bruce C. Gollon, 39, Medford, was involved in an accident on October 10 at 4:16 p.m. on Apple Avenue in the town of Little Black. According to the accident report, the Gollon vehicle was westbound on Apple Avenue towing a trailer carrying a plow truck when the straps holding the truck on the trailer broke, causing the cargo to shift. Gollon lost control and the trailer jackknifed. The plow truck fell off the trailer into the north ditch. The Gollon vehicle sustained minor damage to the right side rear, left side rear, left side middle and undercarriage. Gollon was issued a citation for operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance.

Anthony J. Rausch, 59, Medford, was involved in

Cailey J. Deml, 27, Medford, was involved in an accident on October 13 at 3:30 a.m. on Apple Avenue in the town of Little Black. According to the accident report, the Deml vehicle was eastbound on Apple Avenue and went through the intersection with CTH E. The report states the vehicle appeared to go airborne and bottom out. Deml lost control of the vehicle and it entered the ditch sideways where it rolled over and struck a fence before coming to a stop on its roof. There was damage to the entire vehicle and it was towed from the scene. Speeding too fast for conditions, failure to control and operating a motor vehicle in an inattentive, careless or erratic manner by Deml were listed in the report as factors in the accident. She was issued a citation for failure of the operator to notify police of an accident.

an accident on October 13 at 3:28 p.m. on North Second Street in the city of Medford. According to the accident report, the Rausch vehicle was northbound on North Second Street when it drifted toward the edge of the roadway and struck two mailboxes mounted on the same post. There was damage to the passenger side mirror of the Rausch vehicle and to both mailboxes.

Duane M. Sherfield, 64, Medford, on October 16 at 7:20 a.m. on Hwy 13 in the town of Chelsea.

Lindsey L. Quante, 16, Medford, on October 18 at 9:10 p.m. on CTH Q in the town of Medford.
