The following made initial appearances in court and entered pleas of not guilty: Mark W. Carlson, 58, Westboro, speeding 16-19 mph over the limit; Daniel L. Schilling, 58, Stetsonville, operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC)-third offense and operating while under the influence-third offense; Alicia M. Schwarzhuber, 24, Medford, operating while suspended.

Juan Garcia-Sanchez, 19, Rib Lake, pled guilty to underage drinking-first offense. He forfeited $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended 30 days.

Garcia-Sanchez also pled guilty to possession of open intoxicants in motor vehicle by passenger and forfeited $200.50.

Devon S. Ludwig, 21, Medford, pled no contest to operating while under the influence-first offense (PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 percent). Ludwig forfeited $1,035.50, his driver’s license was revoked for seven months, an ignition interlock device (IID) is to be installed on his vehicle for 12 months, and he must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with a driver safety plan.

A separate charge of operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 percent-first offense against Ludwig was dismissed on the court’s own motion.

Ludwig also pled no contest to separate charges of possession of open intoxicants in motor vehicle by driver ($263.50 forfeiture) and failure to keep vehicle under control ($213.10 forfeiture).

Juan Solis Chavez, 36, Medford, pled no contest to operating while under the influence-first offense (PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 percent). Solis Chavez forfeited $1,067, his driver’s license was revoked for eight months, an IID is to be installed on his vehicle for 12 months, and he must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with a driver safety plan.

A separate charge of operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.08 percent, less than 0.15 percentfi rst offense against Solis Chavez was dismissed on the court’s own motion.

Solis Chavez also pled no contest to separate charges of operating without a valid license-first offense (($200.50 forfeiture) and possession of open intoxicants in motor vehicle by driver ($263.50 forfeiture).

$452.50: Andrew Bauw, 16, Medford, ATV or UTV failing to stop for law enforcement official.

$295: Andrew Bauw, 16, Medford, operating an ATV or UTV in a careless way.

$263.50: Joshua A. Sayre, 29, Medford, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana ($263.50 each offense).

$232: Andrew Bauw, 16, Medford, operating a UTV with passenger riding in an improper way.

$225.70: Jacob W. Nagel, 21, Sheldon, speeding 20-24 mph over the limit; Gavin J. L. Smrz, 20, Merrill, speeding 20-24 mph over the limit.

$222.90: La Vern T. Miller, 24, Gilman, possession of an illegal size fish.

$213.10: Nicole M. Jacobsen, 18, Medford, failure to keep vehicle under control.

$200.50: Jack E. Brunner, 20, Gilman, operating a motor vehicle without insurance; Natalia A. L. Schmitt, 30, Curtiss, vaccination of dogs violation; Alexis R. Steger, 17, Dorchester, truancy-first offense.

$175.30: Jesus Aguilera Herrada, 47, Medford, failure to yield while emerging from non-highway access; Kyle R. Swiantnicki, 20, Medford, speeding 11-15 mph over the limit.

$169: Gordon R. Mason, 48, Abbotsford, animal running at large; John T. Mcelwain, 39, Medford, failure to pay parking fine; Natalia A. L. Schmitt, 30, Curtiss, dog license required violation.

$162.70: Andrew Bauw, 16, Medford, operating an ATV or UTV without required headgear.
