Charges dismissed

Two counts of failure to maintain holding/septic tanks against Duane J. Dachel, 61, Sheldon, were dismissed on a prosecutor’s motions.

Gruny, 72, Medford, failure to keep records as required, failure to keep accurate records or otherwise provide incorrect information, failure to complete registration as required (bear, deer, sharp-tailed grouse or turkey), and possession of birds, etc. in excess of bag limit; Brenda L.
