With deer hunting season still underway the Department of Natural Resources reminds hunters that plenty of opportunities remain to have harvested deer sampled for chronic wasting disease (CWD). CWD sampling is especially important in areas of the state with an enhanced CWD sampling focus, such as the Northern Forest Zone, which includes Taylor County. The participation of hunters, volunteers,
