Sandra Gosse

Sandra “Sandi” Lee Gosse, age 69, of Abbotsford, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Monday, Sept. 14, 2026, in Eau Claire, after fighting a long battle with cancer.

Sandi was born on November 28, 1956, in Tennessee to Elvis and Jeanette Henson. Sandi spent most of her adult life in Indiana before moving to Wisconsin in 2001 and marrying her husband, Robert Gosse, in 2003.

Sandi worked for Portage Township Schools in Portage, Ind., as a teacher’s Assistant from 19881991. She was a bookkeeper for Travel Centers of America (TA) in Porter, Ind., from 1999-2001 where she met her future husband and relocated to Wisconsin. Sandi worked as a bookkeeper for Weiler’s Gas in Marshfield and was actively working in the office for the AbbyColby Crossings Chamber of Commerce in Abbotsford.

Sandi enjoyed fishing with her family, spending time with her grandchildren and greatgrandchildren, enjoyed watching Family Feud and started each day with her word search puzzle books.

Sandi is survived by her only daughter, Tova (Eric) Eliason of Fla.; three grandchildren: Andrew (Stephany) Hilley, Kaitlyn (Jesiah) Bagnall and Landon (Kayli) Bagnall; two greatgrandchildren: Kyron and Navaeh Lee; two nieces: Vicki Czazasty (Dave) and Peggy (Mark) Adkins; her wonderful sister-in-law and brotherin- law, Barb and Dan Jorgensen, who cared for her throughout her battle, and her beloved cat, Dusty.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert; her brother, Thomas (Lanita) Henson; her sister, Jean Prince and her stepmother, Maxine Henson. At Sandi’s request, there will be no funeral or memorial services. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her honor to the American Cancer Society.
