Beverly Peissig Beverly Peissig

Beverly Ann Peissig, age 90, of Cumming, Ga., died peacefully in her sleep Sunday, May 10, 2026.

Beverly was born, January 11, 1936, to Margaret and Theodore Grammer.

Beverly married Clyde Peissig on December 28, 1954. Their many years together allowed them to enjoy living in several places, as Clyde served in the Air Force for 21 years. They settled back in Wisconsin after Clyde retired, with Beverly later moving to Georgia.

Beverly and Clyde have four children and it’s apparent that the family kept a piece of that wandering spirit, as they are spread throughout the country. Mike (Jan) Peissig, Utah, Jackie (Craig) Felts, Nevada, Pam (Al) Laski, Wisconsin and Dana (Anna) Peissig, Georgia. She was blessed with 10 grandchildren: Tyson (Catie) Peissig, Washington, Troy (Serena) Peissig, Montana, Jake (Jeni) Felts, Montana, Eli Felts, Idaho, Aislinn (Scott) Koenig, Wisconsin, Father Adam Laski, Wisconsin, Gwen (Luke) Pierce, Wisconsin, Amanda (Sean) Sawyer, Texas, Kristen Peissig, Maryland and Jenna (Vitaliy) Romanova- Maryland. Her blessings continued with 14 great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her sister, Mary Dona (Warren) German, and brothers: Richard (Janice) Grammer and Dennis Grammer, along with brother-in-law, Claude (Kathy) Peissig. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Clyde Peissig, daughter Pam Laski, and son-inlaw Al Laski.

Beverly enjoyed knitting, embroidering and ceramics. When she wasn’t working on a project, she also enjoyed reading, watching the Packers and of course, writing her many letters and cards to family and friends.

Please join us on Saturday, June 19, 2026, at 11 a.m. at St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Parish for a short mass, burial of remains at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery and a lunch to celebrate Beverly’s wonderful life!
