Debra Block
Debra Ann Block, 68, of Medford, town of Little Black, died Saturday, Feb. 21, 2026, at Marshfield Medical Center in Marshfield after a battle with cancer.
She was born October 14, 1957, in Marshfield to Ronald and Shirley (Weiler) Zenner. She grew up in Athens and graduated from Athens High School in 1975.
On July 28, 2000, Debbie married Jerry Block in Medford. They resided in Little Black and had been together for over 15 years before their marriage.
Debbie worked for Mid-State Equipment for over 30 years, retiring in 2022 when she turned 65. She enjoyed traveling and took many road trips to Wyoming to visit her son, stopping along the way visiting the towns she had come to know. At home, she liked to watch and feed the cardinals and hummingbirds.
She will be dearly missed by her husband, Jerry Block of Medford; son, Chad (Jennifer) Kordus of Sheridan, Wy.; granddaughter, Victoria Rose “Tori”; step-granddaughter, Chloey; siblings: Sandra (Larry) Stafford of Medford, Michael (Karen) Zenner of Loyal, Gerald (Tamey) Zenner and Jeff (Krista) Zenner, all of Athens; many nieces and nephews; and last but not least, her canine pal, Max.
She was preceded in death by her parents. A celebration of Debbie’s life will be held in the spring and will be announced.
