Faith M. Higgins

Faith M. Higgins, 86, of Medford, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2026 at VitaCare, under the care of Aspirus Hospice. A memorial service for Faith will take place at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 3, 2026 at Community United Church of Christ with Pastor Tamara Cox officiating. Burial will follow at Molitor Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will take place at Community United Church of Christ on Saturday, Oct. 3, 2026 from 8 a.m. until the time of service at 10 a.m.

Faith was born on Aug. 17, 1940, in Medford, to Edward and Helen (Raymond) Reimer. She graduated from Medford High School in 1958. On Jan. 24, 1959, she married Roger L. Higgins, who preceded her in death. Faith dedicated 48 years of her working life to

In her spare time. Faith enjoyed reading., cooking, taking care of plants, canning, and gardening. She was also an active member of her church and generously volunteered her time in many different capacities.

Faith is survived by her children, Allen Higgins, Debra (Randy) Kennedy, Dawn Higgins, and Diane (Pete) Ruesch, all of Medford; 13 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren. She is further survived by her siblings, Gary Reimer, Bill (Sheryl) Reimer, and Sharyle (Dennis) Peche; brother-in-law, Jack Day; sister-in-law, Carol Reimer; and many other family and friends.

Faith was preceded in death by her parents; husband; siblings, Carol Day, Darlene Gebauer, Wayne Reimer, Ralph Reimer, Sonny Reimer, and LeRoy Reimer; daughter-in-law, Nancy Higgins; son-in-law, Alan Day.
