1947-2026
Patricia Ann Siudak, age 78, of Lublin, passed away at home surrounded by loved ones on Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2026, under the care of Hope Hospice & Palliative Care. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 28, 2026, at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Lublin. Rev. Joseph Stefancin will officiate, and burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday, Feb. 28, 2026, at the church, from 9 a.m. until time of service.
Patricia Ann Zawacki was born on May 3, 1947 in Stanley, to the late Joseph E. and Lorraine V. (Swiniarski) Zawacki. She was raised on the family farm in the Withee area and attended Owen-Withee schools, graduating from Owen-Withee High School in 1965. On July 3, 1965, she was united in marriage to Frank L. Siudak, Jr. at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Lublin. Over the years, Pat was employed with several companies in the area, retiring from Marathon Cheese in 2019.
She was an active member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church and volunteered countless hours at the church. Pat was also a member of the Red Hat Society, and was treasurer for the Village of Lublin for many years and assisted with many elections.
Pat loved her family dearly, and one of her favorite things was spending precious time with them and seeing all the love and happiness in their lives. Pat enjoyed traveling and took many bus trips throughout the years. At the age of 76, she finally traveled out of the country on a trip with her daughters to the Dominican Republic. She also loved her flowers and vegetable gardens, which she meticulously tended.
Pat is survived by her children, Elaine Ward and Rita Siudak, both of Greenfield, Rick (Pam) Siudak, of Green Bay; five grandchildren, Nathan (Amy) Ward, of Eau Claire, Tyler Ward, of Mondovi, Meagan (Isaac) Dahl, of Colfax, Jen Siudak, of Green Bay, Katie (Ian) Ludwig, of Fairbanks, Alaska; three great-grandchildren, Brynna, Elvis and Paisley; two sisters, Joanne (Ken) Hodowanic and Virginia (Kyle) Brody, both of Chippewa Falls; one brother, Robert (Brenda) Zawacki of Eau Claire; numerous nieces; nephews; relatives; friends; and a special friend, Michael Ryszkiewicz.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Frank; and one infant great-grandson.
