Lois A. Horn

1933-2025

Lois A. Horn, age 92, of Elkhorn, passed away on Monday, Oct. 27, 2025. She was born on April 27, 1933, in Richland Center, the daughter of the late Elgin and Gladys (Mallo) Ruse. She was united in marriage to her loving husband of 62 years, John “Jack” Horn. During her life, she enjoyed being a part of Walco Campers, camping, fishing, traveling and spending time with her loving family.

Lois is survived by her daughter, Susan Roberts; sister, Jean Ellis; and three grandchildren, Christopher (Noelle), Julianne and Alexander Roberts.

Lois was preceded in death by her husband, John “Jack”; daughter, Sandra; parents, Elgin and Gladys Horn; and brother-in-law, Malone Ellis.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
