James Schumacher

James (Jim) Schumacher, beloved son of Mary Ellen Schumacher and the late Harold J Schumacher, passed away peacefully on January 22, 2024, after a 2-1/2 year battle with cancer.

Jim was born on May 4, 1970. Visitation will be held on Friday, Jan. 26, 2024, from 4 p.m. till 8 p.m. and again from 9 a.m. till time of the service on Saturday, Jan. 27, at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, Marathon. The Rev. Msgr. Joseph Diermeier will preside. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 27.

Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Marathon, is in charge of arrangements.
