Craig A. Meyer, 33, Owen, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct-domestic abuse. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for December 1, at 4 p.m.. Status hearing is scheduled for January 6, 2022, at 4 p.m.

Blumenstein, 51, of Rib Lake, hunt deer in unauthorized quota area, Illegal loaded firearm (not handgun) in motorized vehicle, Illegal loaded/cocked crossbow in/on vehicle, and keeping open intoxicants in motor vehicle-driver; Christopher M. Brost, 34, of Medford, disorderly conduct; Molly Catherine Knoll, 36, Medford, speeding in a 55 mph zone (20-24 mph over).

$200.50—Edmundo Elias Arredondo, 16, of Kansas City, MO, operating without a valid license (1st violation).

$200.50—Tammy Lisa Ogle, 53, of Stetsonville, speeding in 55 mph zone (16-19 mph over).

$175.30—Anna Sue Vervaecke, 18, of Medford, speeding in 55 mph zone (11-15 mph over).

Megan J. Crow, 29, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of disorderly conduct-domestic abuse (infliction of physical pain or injury). She was ordered to pay a local jail cost of $443 and sentenced to 90 days in jail effective immediately. The jail sentence may be served with huber and good time. The defendant shall pay all sheriff and jail fees or costs allowed or imposed by law and the sheriff shall be entitled to a judgment against the defendant for any such unpaid fees or costs. The costs shall be paid at the rate of $25 a month beginning February 1, 2022. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read in court.

Adam T. Carlson, 34, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $330.50.

Kenney Tommie, 45, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of exceeding speed zones (11-15 mph over). Charge of exceeding speed zones (16-19 mph over) was later amended. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $175.30.

Wyatt D. Mallien, 27, of Medford, pled no contest to manufacturing/delivering THC (<=200g). Sentence was withheld and a probation of 18 months was issued. He was ordered to pay a fee of $638. A second charge of manufacturing/delivering THC (<=200g) was dismissed but read in court. A charge of possession with intent to sell-THC (<=200g) and maintaining drug traffi cking place, were dismissed but read in court. Mallien must submit a DNA sample and undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by agent. Mallien must undergo AODA and follow through with treatment recommendations. He must also pay supervision fees ordered by the Department of Corrections. If probation is ordered and ultimately revoked or discharged with outstanding financial obligations, a civil judgment shall be entered against the defendant in favor of restitution victims and/or government entities for the balance due.
