Trial slated

Ethan J. Novak, 29, Abbotsford, appeared in court and entered pleas of not guilty to possession with intent-THC greater than 200 to 1,000 grams (repeater) and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (repeater).

Forfeitures

Monique E. Granado, 25, Eau Claire, pled no contest to operating while revoked and forfeited $443. A count of misdemeanor bail jumping was dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

Harot M. Krikorian, 50, Rib Lake, pled no contest to possession of open intoxicants in motor vehicle by driver and forfeited $263.50.

L.L. Logistic Corp., North Maple Grove, Minn., pled no contest to a violation of special weight limits and forfeited $3,406.80.

Juan C. Mendoza Loya, 30, Abbotsford, pled no contest to an amended charge of operating without carrying license and forfeited $393.50. The original charge had been operating without a valid license-third or greater offense within three years.

Mendoza Loya also pled no contest to a separate charge of speeding 16-19 mph over the limit and forfeited $200.50.

Amie L. Sindicic, 35, Stetsonville, pled no contest to operating while revoked and forfeited $1,443 in costs and restitution.

Eric M. Sutton, 49, Marshfield, pled no contest to operating while revoked and forfeited $579.

Serapio V. Terrones, 40, Medford, pled no contest to vehicle owner’s liability for failing to stop at the scene of an accident (hit-and-run) and operating while revoked. He forfeited $200.50 and $443, respectively.

Doretha L. Walters, 45, Colby, pled no contest to an amended charge of operating without carrying license and forfeited $217.10. The original charge had been operating without a valid license-second offense within three years.
