A charge of speeding 25-29 mph over the limit against Jeffery J. Reuter, 36, Medford, was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.
The following appeared in court and entered pleas of not guilty: Rebecca S. Jenkins a.k.a. Rebecca Sue Bates, 43, Superior, misappropriate ID information to obtain money, obtaining a prescription drug by fraud; obtaining a controlled substance by fraud and attempting to obtain a controlled substance by fraud; Andrew J. Eisner, 30, Rib Lake, felony bail jumping, possession of THC-second or greater offense and possession of drug paraphernalia; Jesse L. Stibbe, 39, Gilman, disorderly conduct-domestic abuse; Levi M. Miller, 21, Sheldon, illegal shining of deer, elk or bear (as a party to a crime), unauthorized taking of bear/deer from the wild (as a party to a crime) and three counts of hunting without required approval (as a party to a crime); Skyler M. Opelt, 34, Medford, disorderly conduct (domestic abuseinfl iction of physical pain or injury); Menno M. Miller, 20, Sheldon, illegal shining of deer, elk or bear (as a party to a crime), unauthorized taking of bear/deer from the wild (as a party to a crime) and three counts of hunting without required approval (as a party to a crime).
Roger A. Bube, 52, Rib Lake, pled no contest to possession of any fish in excess of total daily bag limit. Bube forfeited $343.50 and his DNR privileges were revoked/ suspended for one year.
Two separate charges of possession of an illegal size fish (as a party to a crime) against Bube were dismissed on prosecutor’s motions.
Paul R. Cwikla, 54, Owen, pled guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct and forfeited $330.50. The original charge had been knowingly violating a domestic abuse order injunction.
Bobby E. Rau, 49, Dorchester, failure to drain water from boat, trailer or equipment before transporting away from water (as a party to a crime) and forfeited $243.
Rau also pled no contest to possession of drug paraphernalia and forfeited $263.50. A separate charge of possession of marijuana against Rau was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.
Daniel L. Schilling, 59, Stetsonville, pled guilty to operating while under the influence-third offense. Schilling was sentenced to serve 105 days in jail; pay a forfeiture of $3,304; submit to a DNA sample; his driver’s license was revoked for 31 months; an ignition interlock device (IID) is to be installed on his vehicle for one year; and he must undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and comply with the driver safety plan. A count of operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC)third offense was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.
Maci A. Sherfield, 22, Westboro, pled no contest to
Taylor County Circuit Court
operating while under the influence-first offense. Sherfi eld forfeited $924.50; her driver’s license was revoked for seven months; an IID is to be installed on her vehicle for one year; and she must undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with a driver safety plan.
Riley Z. McLemore, 19, Eau Claire, pled no contest to an amended charge of worthless checks-less than or equal to $2,500. The original charge had been worthless checks-greater than $2,500. Sentence was withheld and McLemore was placed on probation for one year on the condition he pay a forfeiture of $543, restitution in an amount to be determined within 30 days and supervision fees as ordered by the Department of Corrections; submit to a DNA sample; have no contact with the victim; write a letter of apology, pre-approved by probation, to the victim within 30 days of plea and sentencing; undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation; and complete his GED/HSED or high school equivalency diploma at the discretion of probation.
