Bruce D. Paul, 69, of Stetsonville, passed away on Friday, Oct. 11, 2019 at Aspirus Hospital in Wausau. Cremation rites have been accorded and a celebration of life will be held at the Centennial Hall in Stetsonville on Nov. 9 from 12-3 p.m. Bruce was born on Nov. 3, 1949 to Vernon and Grace (Wegerer) Paul in Medford. He was educated at Medford schools and graduated from Medford High School in 1967. He then went to NTC and earned his associate degree. He worked for Jarp Manufacturing for a few years, before starting Paul’s Upholstery in Stetsonville. He then worked for Parrett Manufacturing until his retirement. He married Patricia Fobes on Aug. 17, 1968 and they later divorced. He married Susan Glamann on July 21, 1993 and she survives. Bruce was also assistant fire chief of the Stetsonville Fire Department for many years. In his spare time he enjoyed shooting guns, hunting, woodworking and reloading ammo.

In addition to his wife, Bruce is survived by his son, Mike (RaShel) Paul of Medford; step-daughter, Sara (Cody) Dickrell of Milladore; grandchildren, Megan and Emma Paul; step-grandchildren, Charlie and Blaze Dickrell; and siblings, Roger Paul of Hubertus and Lee (Karen) Paul and Tammy (Denny) Frey, both of Medford. Bruce is further survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

Bruce was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorial donations may be given to the family for use at a later date.
