He had his license revoked 27 months. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.
Kaitlyn Alley Gutenberger, 25, Neillsville, was fined $1,529 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, second). She was sentenced to 15 days in local jail. She had her license revoked for 12 months, and will be required to use an ignition interlock device for 12 months and complete an alcohol assessment. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include failure to keep vehicle under control and misdemeanor bail jumping (repeater).
Christopher J. Bergeron, 20, Ladysmith, was fined $1,096 for battery (domestic abuse) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse). He was sentenced to 135 days in local jail. Charges of child abuse β intentionally cause harm and disorderly conduct β domestic abuse were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Dominic C. Vorlob, 26, Neillsville, was fined $543 for disorderly conduct (repeater, domestic abuse assessments). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for 18 months. He will be required to complete 20 hours of community service, an alcohol and other drugs assessment, anger management class and domestic violence assessment and follow through. He must maintain absolute sobriety. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were false imprisonment (repeater), battery (repeater, domestic abuse assessments, domestic abuse β infliction of physical pain or injury) and criminal damage to property (repeater).
Jesse Frank Withers, 40, Waupun, was fined $518 for possessing with intent β amphetamine/ methamphetamine/etc. (greater than 50 grams, second or subsequent offense). He was sentenced to four years in state prison and four years of extended supervision.
Summer Ann Copeland, 25, Boyd, was fined $518 for possession of methamphetamine. Her jail sentence was stayed and she was placed on probation for three years. Charges of possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia and felony bail jumping were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Shane D. Petrie Sr., 31, Colby, was fined $518 for possession of methamphetamine. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for three years. A charge of resisting or obstructing an officer (repeater) was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Sternweis and Sons Inc., Marshfield, was fined $1,418.20 for violating Class A highway weight limits.

He had his license revoked seven months. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.
Kyle J. Hoffmann, 27, Fall Creek, was fined $1,214.50 for illegal shining of wild animals (as party to a crime, amended from illegal shining of deer, elk or bear). He was subject to a DNR revocation/suspension.
Oscar Reyes Bibiano, 27, Dorchester, was fined $1,049.50 for operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 (first). He had his license revoked seven months. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.
Michael Kenneth Foth, 54, Neillsville, was fined $779 for possession of drug paraphernalia and a Uniform Controlled Substance Act violation.
Christian A. Doss, 41, Neillsville, was fined $777.90 for operating while revoked (forfeiture fourth), license restriction β Class D or M vehicle and texting while driving.
Hattie Marie Morales, 23, Owen, was fined $577.40 for inattentive driving and failure of operator to notify police of accident.
Nevin Daniel Michlig, 18, Abbotsford, was fined $527 for underage drinking β possess at age 17-20 (first) and possess open intoxicants in motor vehicle β driver. He had his license suspended 30 days.
Luke K. Lobacz, 44, Owen, was fined $518 for felony bail jumping. He was sentenced to five months in local jail. A charge of misdemeanor bail jumping was dismissed but read in to the court record.
