Found guilty

Brian Dombroski, 47, of Medford was found guilty due to a guilty plea of OWI (7th), a class F felony. A charge of operating with PAC (7th) was dismissed on the court’s own motion. Court orders a 6 year prison sentence consisting of 3 years of initial confinement followed by 3 years of extended supervision. Conditions of probation are to pay the fine of $2,500, provide a DNA sample and pay the surcharge, 36 month driver’s license revocation with credit given for any administrative suspension and the understanding that the DOT may permanently revoke the defendant’s operating privilege, ignition interlock device for 12 months, pay the $33 blood draw fee, alcohol and other drug assessment and follow through with the driver safety plan. Dombroski is eligible for the earned release program and has two days of sentence credit. Dombroski has 30 days from release from custody to begin his payment plan of $25 a month.

Matthew Mayotte, 46, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of retail theft and was ordered to pay $489.50 in forfeiture/fine and restitution.

Ricardo Palma Reyes, 23, of Medford, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of an amended charge of operating without cariying a license, amended from operating without a valid license (second within three years) and was ordered to pay $393.50.

Misty Standke, 49, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating with a PAC >=.08 and <.15. Court ordered her to pay $877.50 in fine and court costs, DOT license was revoked for 6 months and an alcohol assessment was ordered. Charges of non-registration of a vehicle - auto <10,000 lbs and OWI (1st) were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Brock Thums, 31, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of OWI (2nd), a class U misdemeanor. Court Court orders a straight sentence consisting of paying a fine of $1,555, provide a DNA sample and pay the surcharge, 35 days of county jail with Huber privileges and good time, jail time shall begin no later than May 11 at 4:30 p.m., 15 month driver’s license revocation with credit given for any administrative suspension, ignition interlock device for 12 months, pay the $33 blood draw fee, alcohol assessment and follow through with the driver safety plan. Thums has one day of sentence credit. All costs are to be paid directly to the Taylor County Clerk of Courts office in the amount of $200 a month beginning May 11. A charge of operating with a PAC (2nd) was dismissed on court’s own motion and a charge of failure to keep vehicle under control was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Court approved a deferred prosecution agreement for Christopher Raverty, 63, of Medford, for a charge of harassment.
