OURT Nicholas E. Bland, 45, Abbotsford, was sentenced to 12 months in jail after his probation was revoked on 2020 convictions for bail jumping and disorderly conduct/ domestic abuse.

Micah V. Ehrike, 30, Colby, was sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $1,439 for a second offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. His driver’s license was revoked for 12 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Hannah J. Elmhorst, 22, Neillsville, was fined $1,012.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Allison H. Erickson, 20, Neillsville, was fined $50 and her driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 12 months and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Preston M. Fulwiler, 24, Loyal, was fined $452.50 for operating an ATV/UTV while intoxicated.

Robert G. Kaiser, 61, Colby, was sentenced to three years in prison and four years of extended supervision for a seventh OWI offense. He was fined $643, ordered to perform 150 hours of community service, his driver’s license was revoked for 36 months, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 36 months.

Ashley J. McGargill, 36, Saint Croix Falls, was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $518 for possession of methamphetamine. She was also fined $947.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first offense of operating a vehicle while under the influence of a restricted controlled substance. Charges of operating a vehicle while under the influence, operating a vehicle while revoked/fourth or greater offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Dean J. Rosenlof, 48, Loyal, was fined $1,050 and his driver’s license was revoked for nine months for a first offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
