Activities director Ryan Pilgrim brought forward a proposal from Daktronics Sports Marketing to replace the scoreboard at Raider Field in Medford with the 25 foot by 8 foot video scoreboard at a cost of $282,000. The proposal called for the district fronting the money for it and then seeking sponsors at the amount of $60,000 per year to pay it off.
BRIAN WILSON/THE STAR NEWS Medford business and community leaders and Chamber Ambassadors joined leadership at FrontLine Building Products, BayLand Buildings of Green Bay and Bay Family Companies for a groundbreaking ceremony on November 19. The event marked the ceremonial beginning of a 45,000 square foot addition the company is making to their Medford facilities. It is expected to be completed and in operation by next summer.
