In its second year, the Keystone Tower Car Show Fundraiser is set for Saturday, Sept. 6, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at 21905 County Hwy. E in Cornell. The event is sponsored by Bloomer Auto Supply, Inc., and raises money to help local veterans in some way.

“We had a good year last year,” said coordinator Randy Sippy.

So much so, that all new furniture was purchased for Klein Hall. Now, Sippy is considering donating the proceeds to the Veterans Home in Chippewa Falls, and a few individuals in the area.

“Just to help them out,” he said.

Along with the entry fee, there’s food and beverage available for purchase, as well as a free will offering. There are also more things to do for the kids and more bathrooms available for the many participants.

Registration goes from 9-11 a.m., with voting from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Awards and raffle drawings start at 2:30 p.m. (must be present to win). All makes and models of cars, trucks and motorcycles are welcome.

For more information, contact Sippy, at 715-519-0652.

“We’re gonna have more awards…more trophies coming,” said Sippy.
