It’s now a snap to wash your laundry, car or pet

Late last year, the Cadott Car Wash was up for sale, and to entrepreneurs Cody and Harlie Juedes, it was the perfect fit. The Chippewa Falls couple took over ownership in December 2023, rebranding the business Snappy Car Wash-Cadott.

The two aren’t strangers to that line of work, as they own a car wash in Ladysmith and one in Eau Claire. The nice thing about a franchise, is having wash package rewards, so no matter which of the three locations you visit, you can still get a deal. Although they kept quiet about their taking ownership, the Juedes are vocal about the improvements they wanted to make and to get things where they needed to be.

“We’ve done a lot of maintenance,” said Cody, who enjoys working on the mechanical side.

Since they took it over, they’ve added card swipe services and are providing more than just laundry facilities inside.

“We’ve also partnered with the library,” said Harlie. Resources and reading material are set in a special corner of the laundromat. When people come to see what’s been put on the bulletin board or what new reading materials have been exchanged, it’s like a nice place to socialize.

Perhaps the biggest change, has been to get the pet wash up and running, which is a spot for owners to selfwash even the biggest of dogs, like Saint Bernards.

“This has been a really nice set-up,” said Harlie.
