Stratford appoints interim clerk to handle elections
SHOW AND TELL - Officer Adam Dvorak, who recently moved from part-time to full-time at the Stratford Police Department, received a certificate of commendation, presented by fellow officer Sydney Nussbaum, at the Feb. 9 village board meeting.
