Edgar’s varsity football team escaped Friday’s WIAA Division 6 Level 1 home playoff game with a thrilling 21-14 win against Loyal/Greenwood.
Since 1988 C&G Mini Mart has been a part of the Rib Lake community. That community pride continues with a recent presentation of a check for $1,318 to the Rib Lake Fire Department from the Pump for a Cause. A portion of the proceeds from people using the Pump for a Cause pump at C&G Mini Mart in Rib Lake go to help designated organizations. The fire department was designated the Pump for a cause recipient for August and September.
