It’s your call

How many of you wake up and the first thing you think is, “today is going to be a great day?” It is hard to remember that is what you should tell yourself right as you wake up, but I can attest that it does make a difference in the way you see the world from days when that saying is not said. If you forget to repeat those lovely words to yourself when you first wake up, it’s ok because whenever you do remember you can just say, “today is a great day!” Say it a couple of times with a bit of a smile on and truly feel that this day can turn into whatever masterpiece I want it to be is exhilarating.
Another great saying is, “everything is always working out for me.” This one is one you can even dance to while you are saying it. Make it into a song and have a little dance party. What you are doing is mixing those words with some good vibrations. Which in turn are just little atoms and electrons doing a dance with you shifting the level of your vibration into a different frequency than before. All while saying a little saying and changing your own energy field from within.
What if you aren’t feeling like the statement, “today is a great day to have a great day” or “everything is always working out for me.” Then you aren’t expressing and asking the universe, God, or source that you want to have good energy. Sometimes it is so very hard to see in those moments/days that your outlook can slightly change if you let yourself. Taking a step back from feeling all the emotions that has kept you in shackles of despair. It is hard to remove yourself from such icky outlooks on life but it is able to be done. Starting with the simple, “everything is always working out for me.”
Whenever I have a hard time or not so great days, it’s a lot easier to just see the outcome as crappy and never getting better, because sometimes you ask yourself, “how?” For me, it’s being out in nature and looking up at the sky. To focus my attention not on the every day, materialistic tangible things but on the outer. Most times those bad and irritable thoughts are coming from a lack of love from one’s self. It might be good to challenge your own negative thoughts with the statement, “Today is going to be a good day.” Then, take a step back from yourself and see how the day can be better.
So, whichever mood or energy you are feeling today, or have been feeling the past couple of days, I challenge you to try this saying out; “Today is going to be a great day.” Or even, “everything is always working out for me.” I bet it might improve even the best day to be just a bit better.
