Firefighters from Medford and Stetsonville fire departments responded to a garage fire at W8579 Hwy 64 in the town of Hammel on Wednesday, May 13. The property is owned by Matthew Blackburn of Medford. Sustained winds from the north hampered firefighting efforts with the fire getting under the structure’s metal roof. BRIAN WILSON/THE STAR NEWS
