Found guilty

Alfredo Ochoagarcia, 33, of Dorchester, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating without carrying a license, amended from operating without a valid license (second within three years) and was ordered to pay $393.50.

Luis Ornelas Lopez, 33, of Stetsonville, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating without a valid license, amended from operating while revoked (revoked due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal) and was ordered to pay $393.50.

Tentzohua Sanchez, 20, of Stetsonville, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of disorderly conduct, amended from battery, and was ordered to pay $330.50.

Efrain Torres Trejo, 38, of Colby, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating without carrying a license, amended from operating without a valid license (third+ within three years) and was ordered to pay $393.50.

Plea entered

Cody Ormond, 36, of Plymouth, pled not guilty to a class F felony charge of Burglary-Cargo Portion of Truck/ Trailer as a party to a crime and repeater and to a class G felony charge of theft of movable property valued greater than $10,000 but less than $100,000 as a party to a crime. A plea and sentencing hearing is scheduled for June 19 at 3:45 p.m.
