Summer reading programs set at all Taylor County libraries
The Indianhead Community Action Agency (ICAA) was the recipient of a $2,500 check from Prevail Bank recently. The funds were donated in support of the eight food pantries the agency supports in Burnett, Clark, Rusk, Sawyer, Taylor, and Washburn counties. The ICAA was one of 29 nonprofit organizations selected to receive funding through Prevail Bank’s Charitable Contributions program this spring. The program awarded a total of $82,500 to nonprofits that serve low-to-moderate income households, stimulate local economies, offer financial education, or work to improve the quality of life for underserved populations in the communities Prevail Bank serves. Heidi Eckert, Indianhead Community Action Agency’s Fund Development Director (second from right) accepted the check from Prevail Bank professionals (L to R) Sue Struensee, Emily Wyss, Linda Susa, and Judy Mickle.
