Northwoods Premiere Beef Show held May 17
The Northwoods Premiere Beef Shows was held at the Taylor County Fairgrounds in Medford Z May 17.
Organizers report there were 81 Showmanship Participants, 63 Heifers and 52 Steers. More than $3,000 in cash prizes were awarded. In addition, 40 youth signed in for Friday evening’s Showmanship Clinic with Blazin Show Cattle.
Northwoods Premiere Beef Show Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides educational and exhibition opportunities for youth raising livestock in Wisconsin. The Northwoods Premiere is the only spring beef cattle show held north of Hwy 29 in Wisconsin.
