Court dates April 16-30 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation Sandra J. Thompson, 64, Neillsville, was fined $4,378.93 for issuance of worthless checks (less than or equal to $2,500) and misdemeanor bail jumping. Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for two years. A charge of theft—false representation greater than $2,500 to $5,000 was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Shane A. Soyk, 43, Owen, was fined $4,018 for battery (domestic abuse—infliction of physical pain or injury, amended from substantial battery—intend bodily harm), operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC, third, alcohol fine enhancer), and manufacture/deliver amphetamine (greater than 3 to 10 grams). All but 14 days of his jail time was stayed. He was also placed on probation for four years. He had his license revoked for 27 months and will be required to use an ignition interlock device. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were three counts of felony bail jumping, possession of THC, and another count of manufacture/deliver amphetamine (greater than 3 to 10 grams).

Mynor Santiago Perez, 24, Abbotsford, was fined $3,708 for misdemeanor bail jumping (domestic abuse assessments), two counts of disorderly conduct (one with a domestic abuse assessments modifier), and criminal trespass to dwelling (domestic abuse assessments). He was sentenced to 14 months in local jail. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were stalking (domestic abuse assessments), two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping (one with a domestic abuse assessments modifier), three additional counts of disorderly conduct (two with a domestic abuse assessments modifier), criminal damage to property (domestic abuse assessments), and contact after domestic abuse arrest (domestic abuse assessments).

Jamie T. Sylvester, 32, Humbird, was fined $1,554 for manufacture/deliver THC (greater than 200 to 1,000 grams), manufacture/deliver psilocin (greater than 100 to 500 grams), and straw purchasing of a firearm. He was sentenced to three years in state prison and three years of extended supervision. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were two counts of manufacture/deliver THC (greater than 200 to 1,000 grams), manufacture/deliver psilocin (greater than 100 to 500 grams), another count of straw purchasing of a firearm, possess with intent—THC (greater than 10,000 grams), possess with intent—psilocin (less than or equal to 100 grams), two counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place, and possessing drug paraphernalia.

Douglas M. Hempleman, 31, Lublin, was fined $1,429 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments), resisting or obstructing an officer, and knowingly violating a domestic abuse order—injunction. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were battery, two counts of disorderly conduct, and felony bail jumping.

Zachary R. Barr, 30, Neillsville, was fined $1,036 for battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor, or law enforcement officer; and child abuse—recklessly cause harm. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for four years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were: three counts of felony bail jumping, two counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, and disorderly conduct (repeater, domestic abuse).

Rebecca M. Cleasby, 20, Eleva, was fined $543 for battery (domestic abuse assessments). Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for 12 months. A charge of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments) was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Christopher S. Goetzka, 34, Medford, was fined $543 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for one year. A charge of battery (domestic abuse assessments, infliction of physical pain or injury) was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Frances Elizabeth Custer, 42, Willard, was fined $401 for two counts of failure to cause a child to attend school regularly.

Sandi L. Ecker-Rupnow, 41, Humbird, was fined $350 for a breeding place for vermin and a public nuisance—continuous violation of township ordinances.

Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Jacob Michael Peters, 27, Thorp, was fined $1,137 for operating with an ATV or UTV with a PAC (first), operating an ATV or UTV while intoxicated, and illegally operating an ATV or UTV on or in the vicinity of the highway. He will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

David Bronson Elbert, 55, Loyal, was fined $739 for two counts of permitting dogs or cats to run at large and possessing a dog for over five months without a license.

Sally Ann Lis, 41, Thorp, was $602.60 for failure to keep vehicle under control and failure of operator to notify police of accident.

Wesley Dalton Sammons, 31, Altoona, was fined $579 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal fourth-plus, repeater).

Kyle J. Funmaker, 38, Neillsville, was fined $518 for possession of methamphetamine. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years.

Dustin James Pucci, 27, Granton, was fined $389.50 for operating while revoked (forfeiture fourth).

Ashley Marie Fischer, 41, Granton, was fined $263.50 for a dog running at large (two-plus).

Dean James Morse, 61, Neillsville, was fined $263.50 for domesticated animals at large, first offense.

Brandie Marie Olson, 33, Neillsville, was fined $263.50 for retail theft—intentionally alter price.

Angelique Margaret Sebastian, 42, Merrillan, was fined $263.50 for operating while revoked (forfeiture second).

Lisa Marie Kaiser, 47, Thorp, was fined $213.10 for failure to keep vehicle under control.

Norberto A. Nevarez, 58, Withee, was fined $200.50 for failure to secure loads if towing a trailer.

Dale Lee Owings, 34, Neillsville, was fined $200.50 for operating while revoked (forfeiture first).

Lois Elaine Mathison, 79, Thorp, was fined $187.90 for inattentive driving.

Lukas Roland Froeba, 18, Thorp, was fined $175.30 for operating after revocation/suspension of registration.

Logan Lee Erickson, 20, Neillsville, was fined $150.10 for non-registration of a vehicle—an auto less than 10,000 pounds.
