Court dates April 1-15 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation. Diamond S. Birt, 38, was fined $2,297 for two counts of strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse assessments, one with an attempt modifier), battery (domestic abuse repeater), and disorderly conduct. They were sentenced to two years in state prison, two years of extended supervision, and three additional years of probation. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were two counts of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse repeater) and two counts of battery (domestic abuse repeater, one with an infliction of physical pain or injury modifier).

Jeniffer Lebron Campos, 42, Abbotsford, was fined $2,333 for battery. Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for one year. Charges of misdemeanor bail jumping and possession of cocaine/coca were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Tyrique Tyrion Mosley, 23, Wausau, was fined $1,847 for felony bail jumping, unlawful phone use—threatens harm (domestic abuse), battery (amended from substantial battery—intend bodily harm), and intentionally pointing a firearm at a person. He was sentenced to one year in jail and four years of probation. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were two counts of felony bail jumping, second-degree recklessly endangering safety (use of a dangerous weapon), and disorderly conduct (use of a dangerous weapon).

Jose Carlos Rodriguez Flores, 28, Colby, was fined $1,529 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, second). He was sentenced to 15 days in local jail. He had his license revoked 12 months, and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment and use an ignition interlock device for 12 months. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal) and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping.

William Bradley Quicker, 28, Neillsville, was fined $1,018 for possession of child pornography. He was sentenced to three years in state prison and 18 months of extended supervision. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were five additional counts of possession of child pornography.

Kenneth D. Szaflarski, 38, Black River Falls, was fined $518 for a sex registry violation (repeater). He was sentenced to 15 months in state prison and 30 months of extended supervision.

Dustin Alan Webb, 46, Taylor, was fined $518 for possession of narcotic drugs. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for 30 months.

Joseph E. Davidson, 41, Withee, was fined $443 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal fourth-plus). He was sentenced to 60 days in local jail. Charges of felony bail jumping and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Thomas J. Selk, 24, Willard, was fined $1,767 for three counts of a computer crime—access data. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years.

Jonathan Ralph Mason, 39, Thorp, was fined $1,616.50 for OWI (first), improper parking/standing of a vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He had his license revoked seven months, and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment and use an ignition interlock device.

James Allen Heindl, 21, Withee, was fined $1,389 for OWI (first) and failure of an operator to notify the police of an accident. He had his license suspended nine months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

MarvinAntonio Espinoza, 29,Athens, was fined $1,224.80 for OWI (first) and deviation from designated lane. He had his license revoked seven months, and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment and use an ignition interlock device.

Jeffrey Frederick Turenne, 61, Thorp, was fined $1,143.30 for OWI (first) and an improper left turn. His license was revoked six months and he will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Lester A. Stutzman, 39, Chili, was fined $1,030.50 for failure to register harvested animal within an established timeframe and two counts of hunting bear or deer before or after hours.

Hayley Ann Nunn, 46, Kenosha, was fined $957.50 for operating while revoked (forfeiture first), license restriction violation—Class D or M vehicle, and two counts of retail theft.

Jose Miguel Ortez Herrera, 44, Dillon, Colo., was fined $768 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal). Acharge of ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Rudy Arvizu, 35, Loyal, was fined $653 for theft of property under $500 and trespass to land.

Mauricio Lopez Hernandez, 29, Dorchester, was fined $642 for ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal), speeding in a 55 mph zone (11-15 mph), operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and resisting or obstructing an officer (forfeiture).

David Emanuel Ayala Moreno, 19, Spencer, was fined $579 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).

Cesar Uriel Bravo, 18, Curtiss, was fined $579 for operating without a valid license (second within three years). A charge dismissed but read in to the court record was operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance.

Santiago Hernandez Ortega, 22, Eau Claire, was fined $579 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).

Nelson Esai Ontiveros, 29, Marshfield, was fined $579 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).

Hugo Sanchez Itehua, 23, Thorp, was fined $579 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).

Joseph Micheal Kohls Jr., 40, Neillsville, was fined $564.80 for operating while revocation/suspension of registration and possession of THC.
