Court dates March 16-31 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation Nicole F. Fitzl, 44, Owen, was fined $13,968.48 for felony bail jumping (repeater), operating while intoxicated (OWI, fifth or sixth), resisting or obstructing an officer (repeater), and operating with a restricted, controlled substance. She was sentenced to 18 months in state prison and an additional 18 months of extended supervision. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were four additional counts of felony bail jumping (repeater), two counts of criminal damage to property (repeater), disorderly conduct (repeater), and two counts of operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal, one with a repeater modifier).

Whitney A. Bratland, 37, Dorchester, was fined $5,074.48 for theft in a business setting, less than or equal to $2,500. Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for 12 months. A charge of retail theft—retain possession (greater than $500 to $5,000) was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Bacilio Cruz Bautista, 41, Abbotsford, was fined $2,028.50 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) with a passenger less than 16 years, PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 (first); and misdemeanor bail jumping. He was sentenced to 10 days in local jail and will be placed on probation for one year. He will be required to complete an alcohol assessment and use an ignition interlock device for 12 months. He also had his license revoked for 12 months. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, two counts of operating while revoked revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal), hit and run, and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments).

Christopher L. Schuebel, 34, Thorp, was fined $1,023.65 for theft of movable property, less than or equal to $2,500 (as party to a crime); and criminal trespass to a dwelling. A charge of burglary—building or dwelling (as party to a crime) was dismissed but read in to the court record. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for 18 months.

Ezekiel John Glick, 25, Medford, was fined $806.94 for theft—false representation, less than or equal to $2,500. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for 12 months.

Dario Gutierrez Solis, 36, Owen, was fined $443 for battery. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for one year. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were misdemeanor bail jumping (domestic abuse assessments) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments, infliction of physical pain or injury).

Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Richard A. Stenulson, 63, Granton, was fined $1,716 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were battery (domestic abuse assessments, infliction of physical pain or injury) and strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse assessments, infliction of physical pain or injury, attempt). Veronica Mireles Aguilera, 42, Colby, was fined $1,127.50 for two counts of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse, one with an infliction of physical pain or injury modifier). A charge of strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse—infliction of physical pain or injury) was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Jaeger Anthony Del Fat Johnson, 23, Greenwood, was fined $968 for operating with a PAC, greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first).

Calliandra Kay Ann Blum, 36, Neillsville, was fined $961.50 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, first). She had her license revoked six months, and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment and use an ignition interlock device.

Stacy L. Black, 37, Edgar, was fined $718 for manufacture/deliver an amphetamine (less than or equal to 3 grams).

Ricardo Contreras Mireles, 28, Dorchester, was fined $579 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).

Melissa A. Cook, 48, Greenwood, was fined $579 for operating without a valid license (second within three years). Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were non-registration of a vehicle—auto less than 10,000 pounds and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Isaias Hernandez Santiago, 23, Colby, was fined $579 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).

Bayardo Jose Pineda Rodriguez, 27, Dorchester, was fined $579 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).

Hector Rosas Vazquez, 59, Colby, was fined $579 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).

Hugo Sanchez Itehua, 23, Thorp, was fined $579 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).

Zachary Michael Anderson, 32, Black River Falls, was fined $515.50 for resisting or obstructing an officer (forfeiture).

Edward L. Turnquist, 74, Boyd, was fined $397.50 for failure to yield for a yield sign (resulting bodily harm).

Jared Jon Moeller, 34, Marshfield, was fined $389.50 for failure of operator to notify police of accident.

Layla May Nabulsy, 22, Wausau, was fined $364.30 for retail theft.

Giovanni Cano Tepole, 22, Rice Lake, was fined $181.50 for operating without carrying a license, amended from operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal). Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were operating while revoked (forfeiture second), speeding in a 55 mph zone (20-24 mph), operating a motor vehicle without insurance, misdemeanor bail jumping, and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order.

Joseph Loren Rave, 34, Alma Center, was fined $175.30 for operating a motor vehicle without an adequate muffler.

James Allen Sternitzky, 70, Granton, was fined $388.40 for failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign and failure to keep vehicle under control.
