DMV offers information on obtaining an ID for voting
Medford students are excelling on their advanced placement exams. District curriculum director Elizabeth Rachu reported that the number of students taking advanced placement (AP) exams is increasing as is the percentage of students passing those exams to receive college credit for high school classes. This spring 116 Medford students took AP exams with 92 receiving passing grades of 3 or higher, this is over 79% pass rate up from the previous year where about 55% of the students received passing grades. KARA Children’s Choir of Suwon, South Korea to perform in Medford Feb. 5
SUBMITTED On February 5, KARA youth choir will visit Medford to perform a concert, They will be joined by the Medford High School Concert Choir and Momentum, the Medford Show Choir and Show Band. Entry is free and the entire community is invited to come on out and enjoy it. KARA choir is from a suburb of Seoul, South Korea. They will be on a week-long tour of the Midwest where they will be performing concerts in Port Washington, Medford, and the Chicago area. The choir is made up of children from second to eleventh grade. The Medford concert is on Feb. 5 at 7 p.m. at Medford Area Senior High School.
