EPORTS Found Guilty

Matthew Wilfred Brunner, 17, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of non-registration of automotive vehicle less than 10,000 lbs., and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Lily May Butler, 17, of Athens, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating a motor vehicle by probationary licensee with unauthorized person in vehicle, and was ordered to pay $200.50.

Hank Allen Crass, 18, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of anti-noise (tires and mufflers) and was ordered to pay $187.90.

Qwinton Kane Davenport, 23, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of disorderly conduct, and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Hunter Daniel Drozda, 18, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of anti-noise (tires and mufflers) and was ordered to pay $187.90.

Manuel Espinoza Hernandez, 49, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of speeding in 55 mph zone (20-24 mph) and was ordered to pay $225.70.

Cirilo De Jesus Gallegos Cedillo, 21, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating without a valid license, and was ordered to pay a total of $401.00.

Gavin Martin Glenn, 17, of Athens, was found guilty due to no contest plea of failure to display vehicle license plates, and was ordered to pay $150.10.

Kara Lynn Ingersoll, 29, of Dorchester, was found guilty due to no contest plea of vehicle operator failure to wear seat belt, and was ordered to pay $10.00.

Riley J. Johnson, 34, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of operating a motor vehicle without insurance and non-registration of an automotive vehicle less than 10,000 lbs., and was ordered to pay a total of $375.80.

Isaac Samuel Marlen Kautzer, 18, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and was ordered to pay $200.50.

Quin Sebastian Lemke, 21, of Colby, was found guilty due to no contest plea of unnecessary acceleration, and was ordered to pay $213.10.

Brooke Rose Lukasavage, 24, of Sheldon, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and was ordered to pay $200.50.

Tripp Daniel Reamer, 17, of Medford was found guilty due to no contest plea of disorderly conduct, and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Ethan Shane Szydel, 33, of Stetsonville, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of possession of marijuana and carrying a concealed weapon, and was ordered to pay a total of $527.00.

Janilee Rae Weiland, 21, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance, and was ordered to pay $10.00.

Jordan Lynn Wicks, 27, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating while suspended, and was ordered to pay a total of $401.00.

Jack Michael Wojcik, 18, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of operating without carrying license and obstructed license plates, and was ordered to pay a total of $300.20.

Not Guilty Pleas

Cordel Scott Ashlock, 29, of Medford, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct.

Phillip Francis Franzen, 24, of Sheldon, pled not guilty to possession of marijuana, operating while intoxicated (1st) and operating with PAC greater than or equal to 0.08, less than 0.15 (1st).

Bruce C. Gollon, 43, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Wayne Michael McAlpine, 19, of Gilman, pled not guilty to place, use hunt wild animals with bait (less than 5 gallons).

Nathan Edward Paavola, 17, of Medford, pled not guilty to reckless driving-endangering safety, equip motor vehicle with illegal muffler, windshield tinting in critical area, improper display of plates (hard to see), improperly attached license plates, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, two counts of non registration of automotive vehicle less than 10,000 lbs., failure to display vehicle license plates, and operating without carrying license.

Dean Martin Prochnow, 53, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating while intoxicated (1st) and operating with PAC greater than or equal to 0.08, less than 0.15 (1st).

Curt Gerald Roeber, 77, of Medford, pled not guilty to trespassing.

Rodrigo Tentzohua, 27, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating while revoked (revoked due to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal) and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Glenroy T. Vanlannen, 23, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating while suspended and unnecessary acceleration.

Rylan Edward Louis Zoellick, 17, of Medford, pled not guilty to resisting/obstructing an officer.

Initial Appearance
