EPORTS Found Guilty

John Edwin Andersen, 63, of Franklin, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance and speeding in 55 mph zone (11-15 MPH), and was ordered to pay a total of $185.30.

Taylor Anne Brown, 24, of Schofield, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of windshield tinting in critical area and operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and was ordered to pay a total of $375.80.

Efrain Chavez Rojas, 43, of Stetsonville, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating without a valid license, and was ordered to pay a total of $401.00.

Gavyn John Dellich, 17, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of truancy - 2nd, and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Matthew James Euclide, 26, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating while suspended, and was ordered to pay $200.50.

Timothy W. Frank, 44, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of failure to maintain holding/septic tanks, and was ordered to pay $1,651.50.

Kody Michael Frischman, 23, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance, and was ordered to pay $10.00.

Victoria Eleanor Gates, 49, of Stanley, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance, and was ordered to pay $10.00.

Yasmine Rose Gengler, 18, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of operating a motor vehicle without insurance and non-registration of a automotive vehicle less than 10,000 lbs., and was ordered to pay a total of $375.80.

Corrina L. Goetzka, 35, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of retail theft, and was ordered to pay $389.50.

Carl Richard Hanish, 21, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance and vehicle operator failure to wear a seatbelt, and was ordered to pay a total of $20.00.

Kevin T. Hofmann, 59, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of failure to yield while making a left turn, and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Christine Dianne Ketterhagen, 40, of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to no contest plea of failure to stop for unloading school bus, and was ordered to pay $326.50.

Sandra Lee Neuman, 62, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of failure to yield right of way from stop sign, and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Scott Allen Niewold, 64, of Gilman, was found guilty due to no contest plea of passing in no passing zone, and was ordered to pay $213.10.

Tyler James Notinokey, 25, of Schofield, was found guilty due to no contest plea of speeding in 55 mph zone (11-15 mph) and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Sue Ann Petersen, 54, of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to no contest plea of failure of owner to transfer title, and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Lucas Kelly Schult, 34, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of non-registration of an automotive vehicle less than 10,000 lbs. and failure of operator to notify police of accident, and was ordered to pay a total of $564.80.

Kristin Karen Strobach, 47, of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to no contest plea of violation of Taylor County sanitary code, and was ordered to pay $484.00.

Kaden Allen Trudell, 21, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of non-registration of automotive vehicle less than 10,000 lbs., and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Zachary William Vande Voort, 38, of Westboro, was found guilty due to no contest plea of disorderly conduct, and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Brandon Vicente, 21, of Abbotsford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of possession of open intoxicants in motor vehicle-driver, and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Not Guilty Pleas

Melissa Ann Birge, 48, of Marshfield, pled not guilty to operating while intoxicated (1st) and operating with restricted controlled substance (1st).

Aaron Raymond Clah, 45, of Westboro, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct.

Sara Jean Dahl, 40, of Thorp, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct.

Gordon Anthony Jensen, 20, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Victor Rocha Chavez, 42, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years) and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Matthew Ray Ulrich, 36, of Medford, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct.

Guilty Pleas

Sienna Virginia Sultze, 18, of Medford, pled guilty to truancy (2nd+), and was ordered to pay $263.50.
